ARPing Default Gateway
When the default gateway doesn't exist, GCARS-CS gets stuck at "ARPing Default Gateway." There is no way to get it out of this state. Maybe it should allow the user to cancel it, or have an automatic timeout or something? I'm using GCARS-CS v0.9.5, but I assume the same problem is in v0.9.9. If it's not, feel free to ignore this post. :)
