Command questions
I noticed a couple new commands in later versions of the server and I don't know exactly what they do, so I don't know what permissions to set them at on my own server. They are: lsa ax config update I suppose I could try them and see, but if'n anyone else knows that would be great too.

- $update was removed, I believe. - $config reloads the licenses, quests, and some configuration files - $lsa opens the Lobby Server Administration Menu, which was removed a while ago because of its crappiness. I don't recall if it still works or not. - $ax prints a message to the console window (looks like: "> > notes: "). Useful when you're capturing the console output and you need to know exactly when something occurred.
