I have a few Q's I guess real quick Syp. Will I need any Special programs (besides that quest compresser thingy)? Can I make custom Npcs? If ya, then can I have the Ragol Npcs have custom equips? (If you ever noticed offline, there's a HuNewearl weilding a Sniper o.O) ... Uhm, I guess I'm done with the stupid questions lol. Might as well get it outa the way

As long there is no real quest editor you need an hexeditor for editing. Custom NPC can be made, but no one knows exactly how to use them. We can make the NPC data, but no equip yet. I guess you mean Valletta, the Hunewearl from the "Butler" Quest where Matha is following you? She's defined by the NPCplayerdata.dat from the PSO disk and just controlled... The binary is a real pain in the ass, so start your quests with Message edits and modified enemies. After that you can try to fiddle with the binaries. I can give some advice, if I am allowed to.
