In need of better instructions I downloaded this hoping to maybe play someone sometime (Fear the GOLDEN YOSHI!! lol jk) and I extracted the zip and... I can't make a flipping sence of it. Can someone give me some better instructions?

The 2 or 3 texts that came with the program? Yah. Didn't make a flipping sence! Load the gcars-cs.dob (or what ever)? how the hell I do that? And the other txts didn't make much sence eather.
(I don't have my folder open at the moment, so I'm guessing)
