Here's what I'll do:

DWORD type;
....
BYTE unused; // makes this last section an even 4 bytes
BYTE season; // if nonzero, quest only appears during this event
BYTE location; // 3 = no entry, 2 = online only, 1 = dlq only, 0 = both
BYTE ep3; // 0 = ep1&2, 1 = ep3

I know Scht has Information working; I've just never bothered to get a log. Nice now the lists can be how we want them :D , oh what would happen if I pre encripted a quest so its ready for download would it notice? , and its gonna be easyer than saying a quest wont work for "x" reasons so dont download it :) Oh lol the way you said it I thought you didnt notice I didnt even look at it for ages :P . I have some other nice ideas for say the next version after 1.8 lol as I bet you have loads to do as it is :shock:

maybe something that could be created, don't know if this is possible or not but what about a WYSIWYG quest editor/maker with a built in compresser.

Thats soulja's job to make a WYSIWYG editor (maybe with bin editing abilities), but only if he want to. But I don't think he would release it public, only for selected people. Fuzziqer is the man for the server.

Definity it would take so long for Fuzziqer to create a full quest editor/creator a gui (and we know how much you love to do those Fuzz :P) and everything else forget the quest creator Soulja has been making one and its comming along great. I belive it would be a waste of Fuzziqers time if he started to create a tool for building quest files, he has already spent along time hacking the PRS compressor/decompressor the EP1&2 and EP3 download encription formats and the headers for EP1&2 download quests. Soulja is well along with the dat & bin editors and ep3 quest formats, once ep3 support is greater im wanting to mess around with online ep3 quests.

yea as for now the server is almost completed ep1 and 2 wise for gc ep3 games work as of now as much as i heard will they be in the public release? ohh btw can you make a command like the hpp and tpp ones for photonblasts?(dont bother doing it if its a compicated feature to implement)

I don't know if it's possible to give photon blasts with a server command, but I'll look.

k it would be a cool feature to have implemented one more sugestion can you make it so GC games are marked GC-> and pc games are marked PC->just to sort out the games unless you allrady implemented somthing like this

Well, when you get info on a game, it says the version at the bottom of the info window (VERSION_PC, VERSION_GAMECUBE, or VERSION_BLUEBURST). If you try to join a game of a different version, the server doesn't let you. I suppose I could put something in the name, but it would cut off long game names.

can you make the game name colros different? that might be a nicer way to do it cyan is pc and like white is gc but an gc users see game colors i forgot if they could or not

I thought of that, but GC users don't see colors in the game list. (Same with Ship Select, by the way.)

ship names are the only things that can be colored on gc im guessing well at least without ar codes i gotta write a tutorial on tht actually

Orange or White for PC Pink or Violet for GC EP1&2. (I prefer pink, it has better contrast) Yellow for EP3. and Blue or Cyan... ... you know that. I think we need to clean this small window a little, its full until the last line. Remove the VERSION_<*> at the bottom and color the Gamename in the first line depending on the platform that opened it.
