Pso BB GG 714 spoof server

It wasn't the 93 bug (already fixed that one), but rather a bug in the block server that makes it think you're in Character Select twice. I think I know how to fix it, though. I't better that I'm waiting a bit to release this, because I'm working on items as well - hopefully the newest version will have *much* more stable item handling. I got shops working last night, too, right before that bug in the block server cropped up. just watching the pacth server would be great :D mm, you can't just skip the block server? i say, skip shipgate and block select and jump directly into the lobby server (so selecting only the lobby) like in PC/gc?

Heh. andoba, did you get the patch server commands? The only thing you'll need to implement is encryption (you don't see it, since my server does it invisibly). Encryption is used after the 02 command, if I remember correctly. No, I just call it the block server, since I sort of deleted the block server sometime a while ago when I decided that I didn't need it anymore, and just re-used the code for the BB data server. I began with (in order): - Login server (checks licenses) - Ship server (Ship Select) - Block server (Block Select) - Lobby server Now I have (also in order): - Ship server (only for checking licenses) - Block server (BB clients only; serves game data and player data) - Login server (main menu, information, download quests) - Lobby server

They are way easier than GC, ST did a shit with the GC packeting. :( And I didn't knew that the SS data used in blue burst was served through the block server, instead of the lobby/ship server. but the conf i like the most is: data server1, data server2, connect server, login server, event server1, event server2, game server and multimple connection server. that's the conf uses muonline, and is the easiest to manage at least 4 me

there is a problem, PSOBB doesn't appear!!

Yeah, I think my network setup was messed up a bit last night; I'm going to have to fix that today. Or maybe I'll just have my friend who has cable run the server.... but he doesn't want to.....

So, are you working on a BB server that will eventually be released? After reading a bit on your site, I was under the impression this wasn't ever going to happen (coming from you). If so, I would be happy to help if at all needed. :wink:

The server's in closed beta right now. We're still working on several major bugs.

fuzzi, if your freind doesn't want to run it, i have very fast boradband that is nearly always on (apart from when i am at school). The server would be on at the times most of you americans will be getting on. I don't think anything that has downtimes everyday while you're at school is a good place for a server. We something a little more dedicated, no?

or fuzzi could just try and get broadband available in his area. Dunno how but there probably is a way.
