Quest Manager
Version 0.3 Supports Adding/Editing/Removing Quests from index.ind. Written in VB .NET because it's easy as hell, and I hate writing GUI apps in C++. Requires .NET Framework 1.1 or higher. SHOULD work properly (addquest doesn't bitch about invalid entries), but you might want to backup your index.ind before using, just in case. grab it here. Lemme know if any bugs crop up.
