Re: Rubber banding Okay, I managed to connect. Our ping is 60, and I know rubber banding is bad, but is it supposed to be like THIS?

Rubber-banding occurs regardless of ping is your update frequency is too low. Check the game settings screen, you should see something like Update Frequency. The default is like 4 or 5; that's the number of frames that it skips the controller data for for each controller data frame that it does send. 00000000 is really good but can cause the game to crash. Experiment with it and see what works best for you. Also, there is some more minor ping-dependent rubber-banding that occurs even if the update frequency is at 0. The only way to deal with that is to use the hack by DJ Veeman and me (put all the script codes in P1's script), but that makes all players other than P1 lag.

This means I have to set the frequency higher, right? Maybe to around 15? I tried 15 and I get desynced, same with 10. Setting it to 0 didn't help much at all. By the way, I'm using your script that puts all other player's scripts into player 1.

Lower means less rubber-banding, but the game will also get slightly less stable. The default is 4 or 5 I think; try setting it slightly lower until it gets unstable.
