Alrighty, I got a question: How does the proxy server/redirect to ST work? When I tried it using: - PSO US v1.0 - a SN/AK/PW that had been used for the free month only, with the HL canceled after that - put on a memcard that had not been on ST - Kohle's server v1.8 - both the proxy server and the redirect I got a message saying my PW was incorrect... In reality, it got deleted. o.o Of course, I was able to re-enter it.

I really have no idea why this happens. I'm going to try it when I have the time; if I can't get it to happen, please get me a verbose 5 log so I can try to find out what the problem is.

In config.ini, make sure *verbose is set to 5, try to connect to Sega through the redirect again, then copy everything in the server window and send it Fuzziqer's way. :p

I did it, but two things: It would not let me copy and paste the text. I right clicked it, but did not get the "Mark" or "Copy" options a MS DOS window usually gives. I got the same errors too. Then when I decided to redirect to Schthack, I got that same error where you cannot talk in game... the one in v1.7. I thought that was fixed? O.o

No, I don't think I fixed that one in v1.8 - I'll have to mess with a few things to get it to even be fixable.

if i was fuzz id rewrite the whole proxy scince its so buggy it would be cool to enable commands on any server u went on threw the proxy

Yeah..... but if I rewrote the proxy server, it'd probably be worse. The way it's built currently is as stable as I could get it. I did add the commands $hpp, $tpp, $warp, $lm, $le (nobody else sees the event though; that's impossible), and $login (returns you to the server you proxied from).

ohh i didnt know i wont be on for a while i gotta fix my site most of the time im on shell exploits on my forum wow so amazing then hes like omfg hes email pass is the same and deletes my email account can they see the marker?isnt that a lil bad cause anyone can get a orange marker on scht anyways some of the features id like to see in 1.9 before i go -customizeable http port and a disable flag -customizeable marker colors for admin etc -pc change ship needs to be nulled or fixed up cause it crashs a users server -some work on ep3 even tho u probably work on that alot anyways -idk how you wrote your http server but i think it uses %n=name etc correct?can you make it so when you type like %n on any file on the server it will read it(so server status has more customizable pages) -a ship gate would be the best but someone would have to keep it running all the time for users to register it to(i think idea was forgtten around 1.5) peace ill try t fix my site up asap i hopefully got a sql backup ~Hikaru will be back

I've tried getting a orange marker on Schthack's before; it just gets rid of whatever marker you had before, since its reserved for GMs.

I haven't heard of this happening before. - Ep3 is going well; but I changed something and now the game won't start anymore. D'oh. - Customizable HTML status pages probably won't be too hard to do. - A ship gate is actually more work than I thought, although I do have it partially completed. This would be good for card searches and things, but changing licenses to be controlled by the shipgate is a pain. Also, someone with a fast, always-on connection would have to host it.

What's the shipgate for? For connecting multiple server to lets say one IP? But anyway, letting the shipgate control the licenses would be a good idea, and if you made a remote administration tool which is able to: -list users and show their version of game -kick, ban users -do announces -maybe placin a NPC (customizable NPC.ini) which uses 1 lobby slot, so the remote tool can be used as Chatting tool.) -change lobbythemes I wonder if you could implement mySQL 4 to use?

The shipgate would be a centralized list of active servers, and would support card searches/simple mail/announcements/etc. across servers. Bots are not my thing - I really don't like them. If I ever were to write a bot, that is how I'd do it, though. I...... dislike, shall we say..... MySQL. I prefer to do things my own way.

lol i havnt goto far website wise no my ftp got blanked im on the phone now with them(7th time today) im glad to hear ur working on ep3 etc its nice to see this project going as good as it is if a host is needed for a shipgate i can do it my pc never really needs to be restarted thing is writing a pc shipgate has been done and i know alot of people had released source code for there shipgate My idea for a shipgate would be a wierd layout im trying to type with one hand so yea ->Ship (Players) ->Ship (Players) ->Sega ->Schthack ShipGate ->Download Quests ->Information On The info itwould be in this layout -Players -Games -Server Version-#.# -Uptime the ship gate for gc is probably alot more advanced on gc then on pc id help but this whole me getting hacked thing has been really eating my time up
